Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India) or Stripe/PayPal (international). Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of payment. Unused edits do not carry forward to the next subscription period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • The service was completely unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours during your subscription period due to a fault on our side.
  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicate charges occurred.
  • A technical error prevented you from using the service entirely.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You did not use your allocated edits during the subscription period.
  • The AI output did not meet your personal expectations.
  • Partial use of the subscription.

4. Pricing Changes

Subscription prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes apply to new subscriptions only. Your existing active subscription will be honoured at the price you paid.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at publisher@subhalatech.com within 7 days of the payment date. Include your Payment ID and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Razorpay and bank processing times may vary.
